Polymaker™ PETG — is an updated and improved version of the material previously released as Polymaker PolyLite™ PETG. The new formula with enhanced flowability allows for faster printing without compromising strength or quality — up to 300 mm/s with a standard nozzle or over 500 mm/s with a high-flow nozzle. The material combines the printing reliability of PLA with the functional advantages of ABS: strength, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance.

Strength and Stability

Enhanced interlayer adhesion, minimal shrinkage, and zero clogging even during long print jobs. Parts are dimensionally stable with a neat surface finish right off the printer.

Environmental Resistance

Chemical resistance and a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of ~70 °C make this material suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Ease of Printing

Compatible with most FDM printers without an enclosed chamber. Supports AMS and multi-material printing systems — without feeding issues or color change failures.

It is recommended to use an adhesive for reliable first-layer adhesion, such as Magigoo Original or 3DLAC.
