Exchange & Returns
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.
General Policy. You may return or exchange items within 14 calendar days (excluding the day of receipt) if the item does not meet your expectations regarding shape, size, color, or other preferences.
Conditions for items in good condition
No signs of use
Must be free of scratches, chips, scuffs, or any other signs of operation.
Full set intact
Original packaging must be preserved, and all components/accessories included.
Labels & markings
All factory labels, tags, and markings must be present and undamaged.
Proof of purchase
A receipt or any other document confirming the purchase from our store.
How to return an item
Contact a manager
Message us on Telegram or call. Our manager will provide specific return instructions.
Ship the item
Nova Poshta — free via "Easy Return". Ukrposhta — at the customer's expense.
Get your refund
Funds will be returned to the original payment source within 14 days after we receive the item.
Conditions for defective or damaged goods
Check items on receipt. Always inspect your package in the presence of the carrier representative. If damage is found, file a claim with the carrier and refuse the shipment. LFL3D is not liable for transport damage if it wasn't documented upon receipt.

If a manufacturing defect is found during use, message our manager with details and return info.
Shipping defective items
Nova Poshta — free via "Easy Return". Ukrposhta — paid by customer initially; shipping costs are reimbursed if the defect is confirmed.
Inspection within 7 business days
Upon receipt, we perform a diagnostic check. We will notify you of the results immediately after full verification.
Refund or Return Shipment
If the defect is confirmed, we refund the amount within 14 days. If no defect is found, the item is returned to the customer without shipping compensation.
Important to know
14-day window
The day of receipt is not counted. The return window is 14 calendar days starting from the day after receipt.
Nova Poshta — Free
Returns via Nova Poshta are free when using the "Easy Return" (Lehke Povernennya) service in the app.
Ukrposhta — Customer pays
For items in good condition, the customer pays for shipping. In cases of confirmed defects, shipping costs are reimbursed.
Refund Method
Refunds are always processed back to the same account or card used for the original payment.
