In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, we provide our customers with the opportunity to exchange and return non-food products of appropriate quality if they do not meet your expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons does not correspond to the purpose. Such an exchange or return can be made within fourteen calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all requirements stipulated by the Law are met.

Goods of good quality, which have not been used, are subject to exchange and return. The product must meet the availability criteria:

  • absence of signs of use, such as scratches, chips, wear;
  • preservation of the complete set, integrity of all packaging components;
  • presence of labels, factory marking;
  • the presence of an original document confirming the purchase.

Any violation of these conditions may result in the refusal of the exchange or return of the product.

The procedure for exchanging and returning goods of appropriate quality

  1. Contact the contact center of the Look-Feel-Live-3D online store and provide the information that the online store manager will ask you.
  2. After agreement, send the goods according to the data provided by the manager. In the case of receiving an order using the Nova Poshta delivery service, the return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days as part of the "Easy Return" service using the Nova Poshta delivery service free of charge. In the case of receiving an order using the delivery service of Ukrposhta, the return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days​​ at the expense of the client.
  3. Refunds are made to the account from which the order was paid within 14 days after the seller receives the goods.

The procedure for exchanging and returning goods of inadequate quality

Check the product upon receipt in the presence of representatives of the delivery service. If the product is damaged, the customer must notify the contact center of the Look-Feel-Live-3D online store, file a claim with the carrier and refuse to receive the product. The Look-Feel-Live-3D online store is not responsible for damaged goods if the customer did not check the goods upon receipt and discovered damage to the goods that were caused during its transportation.

In the event that a manufacturing defect was discovered in the process of using the product for its intended purpose, you have the right to return/exchange the product of inadequate quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product.

  1. Contact the contact center of the Look-Feel-Live-3D online store and provide the information that the online store manager will ask you.
  2. After agreement, send the goods according to the data provided by the manager. In the case of receiving an order using the Nova Poshta delivery service, the return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days as part of the "Easy Return" service using the Nova Poshta delivery service free of charge. In the case of receiving an order using the delivery service of Ukrposhta, the return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 days​​ at the expense of the client. Return/exchange shipping charges will be refunded if the defect is confirmed.
  3. Within 7 working days after receiving the returned product, the online store conducts an inspection. The result will be notified after complete verification.
  4. Refunds are made to the account from which the order was paid, within 7 days after the diagnosis of the product. Please note: refunds are made only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the results of a full inspection. If there is no defect, the product is sent back to the customer without compensation for the cost of delivery.
