Nova Poshta

  • Delivery by Nova Poshta to the department:

Delivery cost according to the carrier's tariffs.
WARNING! The term of storage of the parcel at the post office is 7 working days (after the end of the term, orders are returned to the sender without warning).

  • Delivery by Nova Poshta to the automated parcel locker:

The cost of delivery is based on the carrier's tariffs.
WARNING! The term of storage of the parcel in the post office is 3 working days. After that, the parcel is redirected to the nearest branch and stored there for 7 days (after the deadline, orders are returned to the sender without warning).

  • Delivery by Nova Poshta courier:

The cost of delivery is based on the carrier's tariffs
WARNING! You should wait for the call of the New Post courier 15-60 minutes before arrival.

Ukrposhta

  • Delivery of Ukrposhta Standard to the department:

The cost of delivery is based on the carrier's tariffs.
WARNING! The term of storage of the parcel at the post office is 7 working days (after the expiry of the term, the parcel is sent back without warning).

  • Ukrposhta Express delivery to the department:

The cost of delivery is based on the carrier's tariffs.
WARNING! The term of storage of the parcel at the post office is 7 working days (after the expiry of the term, the parcel is sent back without warning).

Self-pickup

  • Self-pickup is available at the address: Kyiv, Solomyansky district, st. V. Lypkivskyi, b. 45, business center NEST.

It is necessary to notify the manager one hour before the scheduled pick-up. When choosing to pay in cash, please notify the manager in advance of the amount from which you need to prepare the rest.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in the Look-Feel-Live-3D online store:

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt at the postal operator’s branch (only for orders delivered to Nova Poshta branches).

  • Online card payment (no commission for the customer). Mandatory payment if delivery by Ukrposhta / to a Nova Poshta parcel locker / Nova Poshta courier delivery is selected.

  • Cash payment upon receipt (for office pickup).

  • Card payment upon receipt (for office pickup).

  • Bank transfer with VAT for legal entities (PE / LLC / JSC, etc.).
