Official LFL3D offer to conclude a distance sale-purchase agreement for goods.
This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Its terms are identical for all buyers regardless of status. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the "Confirm Order" button is clicked and electronic confirmation is received from the seller.

1. Definitions
1.1
Public Offer — the Seller's public offer addressed to an unspecified circle of individuals to conclude a distance sale-purchase agreement on the terms contained in this Offer.
1.2
Product or Service — the object of the parties' agreement, selected by the buyer on the online store website and placed in the cart, or already purchased by the buyer via distance means.
1.3
Online Store — the Seller's website at https://lfl3d.com/, created for concluding sale-purchase agreements based on the Buyer's familiarity with the Product description via the Internet.
1.4
Buyer — a legally capable individual who has reached 18 years of age, or a legal entity or individual entrepreneur who places an order on the online store website.
1.5
Seller — operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2
The date of conclusion of the Agreement is considered the date the Buyer fills out the order form on the website, provided electronic confirmation is received. Upon the Buyer's request, the Agreement may be executed in writing.
3. Order Placement
3.1
The Buyer independently places an order through the "My Cart" form, via email, or by the phone number indicated in the contact section.
3.2
The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the order if the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete or raises suspicion regarding its validity.
3.3
When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide:
—surname and first name;
—delivery address (if delivery is to the Buyer's address);
—contact phone number.
3.4
The name, quantity, article number, and price of the selected Product are displayed in the cart on the website.
3.5
In case of failure to provide necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the quality of order fulfillment.
3.8
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during order placement.
3.9
By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they:
a)are fully familiar with and agree to the terms of this Offer;
b)grant permission for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" for the entire duration of the Agreement and after its termination.
4. Price and Delivery of Goods
4.1
Product prices are determined independently by the Seller and indicated on the website in Hryvnias including VAT.
4.2
Prices may change unilaterally. However, the price of an already paid product cannot be changed by the Seller.
4.3
Delivery costs are not included in the product price. The Buyer pays for it in accordance with the current rates of the selected delivery service.
4.6
The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds arrive at the Seller's account.
4.8
Upon receiving the product, the Buyer is obliged to check the product for qualitative and quantitative characteristics in the presence of the delivery service representative.
4.9
By signing the sales receipt or shipping invoice, the Buyer confirms the absence of claims regarding the quantity, appearance, and completeness of the product.
4.10
Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the product pass to the Buyer from the moment of product receipt or from the moment the product is handed over to the delivery service.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller is obliged to
—Transfer the product to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the order.
—Not disclose private information about the Buyer and not provide it to third parties, except in cases provided by law or for order fulfillment.
The Seller has the right to
—Unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement and prices by publishing them on the website. All changes take effect from the moment of publication.
The Buyer is obliged to
—Review the Agreement terms and prices on the website before concluding the Agreement.
—Provide all necessary data for identification and delivery of the ordered product.
6. Return of Goods
7. Liability
7.1
The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage of the purchased product.
7.2
The Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of obligations in case the Buyer provides inaccurate information.
7.3
The Seller and the Buyer are responsible for the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this Agreement.
7.4
The Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances: war, earthquake, flood, fire, and other natural disasters that occurred regardless of the will of the parties. The Party that cannot fulfill its obligations immediately notifies the other Party of this.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
8.1
By providing personal data during registration or order placement, the Buyer grants the Seller voluntary consent for their processing and use without a term limit on such consent.
8.2
The Seller undertakes not to disclose Buyer information. Data transfer to counterparties for order fulfillment or as required by law is not considered a violation.
8.3
The Buyer is responsible for the relevance of their personal data. The Seller is not responsible for poor fulfillment of obligations due to the irrelevance or inaccuracy of the information provided.
9. Miscellaneous Conditions
9.1
This agreement is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2
All disputes are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement — in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.3
The Seller has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Agreement by publishing them on the website. Changes may also be made by mutual agreement of the Parties.
