Fiberon ASA-CF08 — is an engineering filament based on ASA, modified with 8% carbon fiber content. It combines weather and UV resistance with enhanced mechanical properties typical of composites. Thanks to this, ASA-CF08 is an excellent choice for outdoor and functional applications where strength, durability, and dimensional stability are essential.

Printing Recommendations:
- Nozzle temperature: 260-280˚C
- Build plate temperature: 90-100˚C
- Chamber temperature: 45-60°C. It is recommended to use a 3D printer with a closed chamber or active heating to reduce the risk of warping due to shrinkage during cooling.
- Print speed: up to 350 mm/s
- Cooling fan: off
- Retraction distance for direct drive: 1-3 mm
- Retraction speed for direct drive: 20-40 mm/s
- Drying mode: 90˚C for 6 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)
- Storage: must be kept in a dry environment, for example in a sealed PolyDryer™ Box
- Important 1: it is recommended to use an adhesive for reliable first-layer adhesion and easy part removal after printing, e.g., Magigoo PC.
- Important 2: ASA emits fumes during printing, so ensure proper room ventilation.
