PLA-CF is a modified type of classic PLA plastic reinforced with fine carbon fiber. This filament combines the ease of printing of standard PLA with improved mechanical properties, making it an excellent choice for functional products that need to be slightly stiffer, stable, and precise.

What is special about PLA-CF?

Carbon-filled PLA possesses a range of characteristics that significantly expand its scope of application. Firstly, thanks to carbon reinforcement, PLA-CF maintains its shape better and has higher rigidity, although it is important to remember that it is still a PLA plastic—not an engineering material—and is designed more for aesthetics than for high loads.
