  • TPE and TPC, on the contrary, have extremely low adhesion to most surfaces — this leads to warping, defects, and detachment during the printing process.

  2. Combat stringing. "Stringing" often appears on flexible models — a consequence of the filament's elasticity and humidity. Dried filament and careful use of retraction, combined with a reliable extrusion system, will help eliminate this issue.
  3. Monitor the spool. Regularly check for resistance when the filament is being fed — flexible filament can stretch, leading to under-extrusion.
