Magigoo PRO Metal™ is a high-performance industrial-grade adhesive designed exclusively for use with BASF Ultrafuse® 316L metallic filament. Working Procedure for Magigoo Metal
1. Preparation & Application
Shake the bottle. Press the nib against the cold surface to activate the valve and apply a thin layer evenly.
2. Print Cycle
Start printing with metallic filament following manufacturer's (BASF) recommendations. The glue will secure the part until finished.
3. Part Release (Water Bath)
Crucial step: after printing, submerge the whole platform in water. The part will detach itself in 30–120 minutes.
Important Warning
Using Magigoo PRO Metal with filaments other than Ultrafuse 316L may lead to excessive adhesion, making removal difficult and potentially damaging the build surface.
