Vision Miner 22 IDEX V4 — Next-Generation Industrial 3D Printer

Vision Miner is an American manufacturer of high-temperature FFF printers for demanding industrial tasks. For 11 years, the company has been developing equipment that undergoes years of testing in its own service bureau before reaching customers. The flagship 22 IDEX V4 model is the fourth generation of the legendary platform, built upon nearly five years of continuous operation of the V3 and feedback from clients in the aerospace, medical, oil and gas, and automotive industries.

What's New in V4 Compared to V3

The chassis has been completely redesigned — a welded construction made of solid steel with triple walls and IR-reflective thermal insulation. The chamber heats up faster, and the temperature remains stable during long print cycles. Double-pane sealed doors minimize heat loss and virtually eliminate part warping.

An integrated HEPA + activated carbon filtration system continuously cleans the air inside the printer — the 22 IDEX V4 can be integrated into office and production environments without additional exhaust systems.

The XY motor system has been significantly upgraded: motors are moved outside the chamber, and drivers are replaced with higher-torque Trinamic units. Movement speeds reach up to 500 mm/s with accelerations up to 15,000 mm/s². Calibration of both heads and belt tensioning are performed automatically with one touch.
