Prusa Research — Professional Solutions for High-Temperature FDM 3D Printing

Prusa Research is one of the world's most recognized manufacturers of FDM 3D printing equipment. The company has earned its reputation through the development of reliable 3D printers and its commitment to advancing open-source additive manufacturing technologies. In addition to its widely known desktop systems, Prusa Research also develops professional platforms designed for engineering materials and industrial applications.

This professional product line is represented in the LFL3D portfolio. Currently, Prusa Research offers the Prusa Pro HT90 — a high-temperature 3D printing platform developed for manufacturing companies, research institutions, and engineering teams working with functional parts and advanced engineering polymers.

Prusa Pro HT90

The Prusa Pro HT90 combines high-speed printing, advanced automation, and support for a broad range of materials — from PLA and PETG to high-temperature polymers such as PEI (ULTEM), PPS, PPS-CF, and other engineering-grade filaments. Its actively heated chamber, 500 °C hotend, CoreXY motion system, and fully automated calibration enable reliable, repeatable printing even with demanding materials that require precise thermal control.

The Prusa Pro HT90 is designed for:

  • functional prototyping;
  • manufacturing tooling and production fixtures;
  • producing end-use parts;
  • processing high-temperature and composite materials;
  • research and engineering projects.

The platform is designed for companies implementing additive manufacturing or expanding the capabilities of their engineering and production departments. It delivers consistent, high-quality parts for applications in mechanical engineering, electronics, instrumentation, research and development, and other industries where precision, strength, and thermal resistance are critical requirements.

Equipment Selection and Technical Support

LFL3D supplies professional Prusa Research equipment in Ukraine and helps customers select the most suitable solution based on their materials, production requirements, and application needs. Our team provides expert guidance on filament selection, high-temperature FDM printing, print parameter optimization, and the successful integration of additive manufacturing systems into production workflows.

With extensive hands-on experience working with engineering polymers, LFL3D views the Prusa Pro HT90 as more than just an industrial FDM 3D printer — it is a complete manufacturing solution. As a result, our customers receive not only professional equipment but also comprehensive support at every stage, from selecting the right system to successfully printing with advanced engineering materials.
