The following payment methods are available in the Look-Feel-Live-3D online store:

• Full prepayment (mandatory if selected delivery by Ukrposhta / to the Nova Poshta parcel locker / courier delivery by Nova Poshta). We work officially in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. After agreeing the details of the order with the client, we provide the IBAN for making the payment.
• Partial prepayment
• Cash on delivery (only for orders with delievery at the Nova Poshta branch)
• Online payment by card (when choosing this payment method, the client also pays a commission of 1.35% of the order amount)
• Cash.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, we provide our customers with the opportunity to exchange and return non-food products of appropriate quality if they do not meet your expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons does not correspond to the purpose. Such an exchange or return can be made within fourteen calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all requirements stipulated by the Law are met.

Goods of good quality, which have not been used, are subject to exchange and return. The product must meet the availability criteria:

• absence of signs of use, such as scratches, chips, wear;
• preservation of the complete set, integrity of all packaging components;
• presence of labels, factory marking;
• the presence of an original document confirming the purchase.

Any violation of these terms may result in a refusal to exchange or return the product.
