The following payment methods are available at Look-Feel-Live-3D online store:

  • Full prepayment using the details of the individual entrepreneur (required if delivery by Ukrposhta / to a Nova Poshta poshtomat / courier delivery by Nova Poshta is selected). We work officially in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. After agreeing on the details of the order with the client, we provide the bank details of the individual entrepreneur in IBAN format for the convenience of payment.
  • Cash on delivery upon receipt at the post office (only for orders to Nova Poshta offices).
  • Online payment by card (by choosing this payment method, the client also pays the acquiring fee).
  • Non-cash payment for legal entities (currently only without VAT).
  • Cash upon pickup from the office in Kyiv.
  • Online payment for delivery in Kyiv via Uklon (by choosing this payment method, the client also pays the acquiring fee and the cost of delivery).

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, we provide our customers with the opportunity to exchange and return non-food products of appropriate quality if they do not meet your expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons does not correspond to the purpose. Such an exchange or return can be made within fourteen calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all requirements stipulated by the Law are met.

Goods of good quality, which have not been used, are subject to exchange and return. The product must meet the availability criteria:

  • absence of signs of use, such as scratches, chips, wear;
  • preservation of the complete set, integrity of all packaging components;
  • presence of labels, factory marking;
  • the presence of an original document confirming the purchase.

Any violation of these terms may result in a refusal to exchange or return the product.

Panchroma™ PLA Matte — an updated and improved 3D printing plastic formerly produced as Polymaker PolyTerra™ PLA. This is an innovative filament created for ecological printing, which combines ease of use and high quality.  Made from bioplastics with added organic materials, this material aims to reduce the environmental impact of productivity.

Key benefits:

  • Environmentally friendly: the filament is designed with reduced plastic content and the addition of organic materials, which reduces the ecological footprint and promotes eco-sustainability.

  • Surface quality: the material has a pleasant texture and a matte, satin surface, which not only hides the printing layers, but also gives the products a unique aesthetic effect, different from traditional PLA.

  • Simplicity of printing: high adhesion of PolyTerra™ PLA to the 3D printer platform avoids delamination problems, ensuring stable printing of even complex models.

  • Strength and rigidity: due to its balanced mechanical properties, this material is suitable for both decorative and functional models.

Recommendations for printing:

  • Nozzle temperature: 190-230˚C

  • Printer platform temperature: 25-60˚C

  • Printer camera temperature: room temperature

  • Printing speed: up to 300 mm/s (after optimization of the printing process)

  • Cooling fan: On

  • Retraction distance for direct drive (Direct Drive): 1 mm

  • Retraction speed for direct drive (Direct Drive): 20 mm/s

  • Material drying mode: 55˚C for 6 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)

  • Storage: preferably in a dry environment, for example in a vacuum bag

  • Important: it is recommended to use an adhesive for reliable adhesion of the first layer and easy detachment of parts after printing, for example Magigoo Original

The material is perfect for making decorative items, pots, vases, toys, lamps, puzzles, models, prototypes and even simple yet functional parts.
