Polymaker PolyLite™ ASA — is a high-quality filament created as an alternative to ABS with improved performance for use in extreme environments. Thanks to its resistance to UV radiation and exposure to weather factors, ASA is excellent for outdoor applications, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and ease of printing.
Key benefits:
-
Resistance to weather conditions: ASA is highly resistant to ultraviolet radiation, moisture, temperature changes and other environmental factors. Thanks to this, ASA products retain their mechanical integrity and appearance for a long time, even in difficult conditions.

Recommendations for printing:
-
Nozzle temperature: 240-260˚C
-
Printer platform temperature: 75-95˚C
-
Printer chamber temperature: 40-50°C. It is recommended to use a 3D printer with a closed chamber or active heating to reduce the risk of deformation due to shrinkage during cooling.
-
Print speed: 30-50 mm/s (with the possibility of increase after optimization)
-
Cooling fan: off
-
Retraction distance for direct drive (Direct Drive): 1 mm
-
Retraction speed for direct drive (Direct Drive): 20 mm/s
-
Material drying mode: 70˚C for 6 hours (only if the material has absorbed moisture)
-
Storage: must be in a dry environment, for example in a sealed box PolyDryer™ Box
Application of Polymaker PolyLite™ ASA:
Polymaker PolyLite™ ASA is a versatile printing material that combines strength, durability and aesthetics, providing excellent results for both technical and decorative applications. Due to its strength, ASA is used in the automotive, engineering and construction industries. The material is suitable for creating signs, housings, facade elements and other details that are exposed to the sun, rain or wind, and is also used for printing housings, brackets, equipment components that work in difficult conditions.
